Our commitment

Home & Hybrid is committed to making its website and job-search services usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

We aim to follow recognised accessibility practices and work towards meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible. The website has not yet undergone a complete independent accessibility audit, so we do not currently claim formal conformance.

Accessibility features

Current accessibility features include:

• a skip link to bypass repeated navigation;
• semantic headings and labelled page regions;
• keyboard-accessible links, buttons and form controls;
• visible keyboard focus indicators;
• form labels and validation messages;
• responsive layouts that support browser zoom;
• descriptive page titles and language information; and
• text alternatives for meaningful interface icons where required.

Known limitations

Home & Hybrid is still being developed and some areas may not yet provide an ideal experience for every user or assistive technology.

Job descriptions and employer information may originate from third-party sources, so their structure and wording may not always meet the same accessibility standard as the website interface.

External employer and recruitment websites reached through application links are outside Home & Hybrid’s control and may have their own accessibility limitations.

Browser and assistive-technology support

The website is designed for current versions of common browsers and is intended to support keyboard navigation, browser zoom and modern screen-reader software.

Older browsers or unusual combinations of browser, operating system and assistive technology may provide a less consistent experience.

Please report any accessibility barrier you encounter. Helpful details include the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem experienced, and any browser or assistive technology you were using.

Reports can be sent to support@homeandhybrid.co.uk . We will review reported issues and prioritise reasonable improvements based on their impact.
